This is the Contents as it appears in the deluxe hardcover edition. The trade paperback version is in two volumes: Volume 1 includes sections 1 to 3, and Volume 2 includes sections 4 to 6. Each of these volumes reproduces Danel Olson’s Introduction and each contains a modified version of my Preface, plus the Notes relevant to each. The Bibliography appears in both volumes and includes publication history and any awards/citations for each story.
Note that the stories with a publication date of 2015 are the new ones written especially for this book.
